Entertainment Attorney Norman Sloan has agreed to serve as legal advisor for the Wesley film project.  Sloan, who specializes in entertainment and intellectual property law, is based in Clemmons, NC.  "I'm excited about filmmaking in North Carolina," said Sloan, who serves on the Board of Directors of the Piedmont Triad Film Commission.  "It will be wonderful to see this movie made in the Triad area."

According to producer John Jackman, Sloan was selected for the project because of his special experience in entertainment law.  "His knowledge of the specialized world of private placement financing has been invaluable.  The laws vary state by state, and a film producer must be very careful to navigate the different restrictions in the various states."  Sloan will also be an asset in negotiating contracts with principal talent.
