Capture Public Relations & Marketing has joined the John Wesley film project for public relations and marketing support. Capture, a North Carolina based firm that specializes in developing grassroots marketing, is led by marketing veterans Scott Carpenter and Steve Bumgarner. Both principals are well-versed in local, regional and national public relations and grassroots marketing programs.
